Waco has got a lot going on these days. So many have mistaken this town as a lunch stop on a trip north or south on I35 between Texas metros like Dallas and San Antonio. The fact is, Waco is well worth a stay, and so much of the reason is exactly what we love. Fantastic beer is all over town, and there's plenty of places serving up great food to go along with a pint or two.
